Vittorio Ciabatti is the driving force behind Ciabatti Ricevimenti. After catering on cruise ships sailing around Caribbean Islands he further developed his skills working in several prestigious hotels in Florence, before founding the company in 1986. Cooking is his passion and this combined with fifty years of experience has led to the creation of many original dishes using authentic ingredients. Today Vittorio's children, Claudio & Stefania are continuing in the family tradition focusing on high quality, individual cuisine.
